Booking and Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Renai Kappad Beach Resort. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us via email. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our sole discretion. Room rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges as per government regulations.
Payment Terms: Payment methods accepted include cash, credit cards, debit cards, and online transfers. Full payment is required to secure your reservation. All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Additional charges for services not included in the package will be billed separately.
Guest Responsibilities: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner throughout their stay. Any damage to property, disturbance to other guests, or violation of resort rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund. Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings and valuables.
Liability Limitations: Renai Kappad Beach Resort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your stay. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during your stay, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will work with guests to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements where possible.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our refund and cancellation policy are designed to be fair to both our guests and our business operations. Please review these terms carefully before making your reservation, as they form part of your booking agreement.
Cancellation Timeline: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of 5% of the total booking amount. Cancellations made between 15-29 days before check-in will receive a 75% refund of the total booking amount. Cancellations made between 7-14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in or no-shows will not be eligible for any refund. These timelines are based on the date the cancellation request is received and confirmed by our reservations team.
Modification Policy: Changes to existing bookings, including date changes, room type modifications, or guest number adjustments, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Modifications requested within 7 days of check-in may be treated as cancellations under this policy. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee availability.
Refund Processing: All eligible refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days of the cancellation request. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking. Processing fees charged by payment gateways or banks are non-refundable. Any promotional discounts or special offers will be adjusted proportionally in the refund calculation.
Special Circumstances: In cases of medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond guest control, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required. Government-imposed travel restrictions or lockdowns will be handled according to prevailing guidelines and may qualify for special consideration.
Group Bookings: Group bookings of 5 or more rooms may have different cancellation terms, which will be specified in the group booking agreement. Corporate bookings and long-term stays may also have customized cancellation terms as agreed upon during the booking process.
Force Majeure: If we are unable to provide accommodation due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or facility issues, we will provide a full refund or reschedule your stay at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Child Policy
Renai Kappad Beach Resort welcomes families with children and strives to provide a safe, enjoyable environment for guests of all ages. Our child policy is designed to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests while providing special considerations for families traveling with children.
Accommodation and Pricing: Child (0-6 years) stays free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents. Children (6-11years) are charged 50% of the adult rate when sharing a room with parents, including meals if applicable. Additional bedding for children can be arranged at an extra charge. Child above 12 years will be charged full adult rates for accommodation and meals.
Safety and Supervision: Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of their children at all times during their stay. Children must be accompanied by adults in all resort areas, including the beach, swimming pool, and restaurant areas. We strongly recommend constant supervision near water bodies and during activities.
Facility Access: Children are welcome in all resort facilities during designated hours. The swimming pool area has specific timings for children's access, and adult supervision is mandatory. Some facilities may have age restrictions for safety reasons, which will be clearly communicated.
Behavioural Guidelines: We expect all guests, including children, to respect other guests and resort property. Parents are responsible for ensuring their children do not disturb other guests or damage resort facilities. In cases of persistent disturbance or property damage, the resort reserves the right to charge for damages or, in extreme cases, terminate the stay.
